Jill Cressy is a Wellness Coach with a passion for movement, reflection & practical strategies so people don’t just learn about wellness, they feel it & can apply it in everyday life. With over 20 years at U of T’s Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education, she led the development & delivery of fitness, dance, sport, yoga & meditation programs across the Faculty’s facilities. Jill received multiple awards for innovation, leadership & contributions to community wellbeing including the Excellence Through Innovation Awards (3x). She completed her MEd & BPHE at U of T. Jill’s extensive experience as a presenter, along with over 1,000 hours of certifications to teach fitness, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, Pilates, barre, and fusion formats integrating dance & martial arts also support the depth, embodiment, and experiential nature of her work.
