Jill Cressy is an experienced educator and wellness coach with her MEd & BPHE from the University of Toronto. For over 20 years she provided leadership at the U of T Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education developing fitness, dance, sport, yoga & meditation programs, educating through trainings & workshops, teaching classes & managing 50+ staff including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, mentoring & coaching. As the Assistant Manager of Fitness & Instruction she received multiple awards for wellness initiatives including Excellence Through Innovation Awards three times. Jill also completed the U of T Rose Patten Mentorship Program, fitness leadership certifications, yoga teacher certifications 500 hours, meditation & mindfulness teacher certification, Oxygen Yoga & Fitness teacher certifications, Pilates & barre teacher certifications, trainer & coaching certifications, & the Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certificate Program through U of T School of Continuing Studies.
