Wellness Coaching

I provide Wellness Coaching through interactive trainings & workshops that help individuals and organizations experience greater energy, alignment, and wellbeing in their everyday lives. I create learning opportunities that feel safe, supportive, intentional, meaningful, and fun! The topics I present on include: Voice Coaching for Presentation Skills, Energy for Vitality, Effective Listening & Healthy Relationships, Integrating Mindful Training Throughout the Day, Fit Mix, Mindful Movement, Energy & Flow, Training the Body to Change the Brain, Applying the Qualities of Mindfulness, Moving from Compassion to Action, Mindful Training for Sport & Fitness, Enhancing the Immune System, Mindful Eating, Taking Care, Exercises to Support Change, Keys to Happier Living, and Arriving Here. Trainings are offered for Individuals 1:1 Coaching, or up to 6 people. Workshops are for Groups 7 to 100. Explore opportunities to learn, reflect, connect, and be inspired!

About Me

I am a Wellness Coach blending movement, reflection & practical strategies so people don’t just learn about wellness, they feel it & can apply it in real time. With over 20 years at the University of Toronto Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education, I led the development & delivery of fitness, dance, sport, yoga & meditation programs across the Faculty’s facilities. I received multiple awards for innovation, leadership, & contributions to community wellbeing including the Excellence Through Innovation Awards (3x), Stepping Up Award, Accessibility Award, and a Student Service Award. My Master of Education and Bachelor of Physical & Health Education are from U of T. My extensive experience as an educator & presenter, along with over 1,000 hours of certifications to teach fitness, dance, martial arts, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, Pilates & fusion also support the depth, embodiment, & experiential nature of my work.
