I’m a Wellness Coach blending movement, reflection & practical strategies so people don’t just learn about wellness, they feel it and can apply it in real time.
With over 20 years at U of T’s Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education, I led the development and delivery of fitness, dance, sport, yoga & meditation programs across the Faculty’s facilities from the Athletic Centre to Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport. I received multiple awards for innovation, leadership & wellness initiatives including the Excellence Through Innovation Awards (3x).
My extensive experience as a presenter, along with my MEd & BPHE from U of T & over 1,000 hours of certifications to teach fitness, dance, fusion, Pilates, yoga, meditation & mindfulness, all support the depth, embodiment, and experiential nature of my work. For my full bio, click here.
