Jill Cressy (MEd, BPHE, E-RYT 500) has extensive experience teaching classes, presenting workshops, leading trainings and developing a variety of programs including fitness, dance, sport, mindful movement, yoga & meditation.

Jill completed her Master of Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto Department of Leadership, Higher & Adult Education with her final elective at the Graduate Department of Exercise Sciences, Faculty of Kinesiology & Physical Education. She also has a Bachelor of Physical & Health Education from U of T and received awards for Leadership and Dance.

In addition, Jill completed Fitness Leader & Coaching Certifications, Trainer Certification, Pilates Teacher Certification, Barre Teacher Trainings & Fusion Teacher Certifications, Yoga Teacher Certifications, Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Methodized Training Certification, Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Certification, the Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certificate Program through U of T School of Continuing Studies, and the U of T Rose Patten Mentorship Program.

During her work at the University of Toronto, Jill received the Stepping Up Award, an Accessibility Award, Excellence Through Innovation Awards three times, a Student Service Award, and recognition for U of T True Blue Service & Citizenship. She also has leadership experience with the YMCA GTA. Jill now teaches at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness-The Beaches, and provides wellness coaching & consulting.
